With the app it’s easy to transfer to the files app. It comes with an app to access USB drives plugged into it. Use a RAV Power FileHub Plus with USB port.But there are devices that come with apps which allow you to access the drive and to move them to the files app. IOS doesn’t let you access attached drives directly from the files app.
